Get well soon, Carly! We're thinking of you!

Today we delivered this blanket, signed by HYHA players and coaches expressing their support and well wishes for Carly Silva, the 12 year old hockey player from Weymouth battling cancer at Boston Children's Hospital. Carly and family, you'll all be in our thoughts during this Holiday season and beyond. Get well soon and we'll see you next year around the rinks!

The Boston Bruins Foundation stepped up to help us build Hanover's street hockey rink by donating $50,000 to our cause and now we're helping them by promoting their Cyber Monday fundraiser in support of the Boston Bruins Foundation and the Cam Neely Foundation for Cancer Care!

Thank you and congratulations to Jon and Shannon Bruno of Press Juice Bar in Norwell for being the winning bidders for a golf outing at the Country Club of Brookline! The winning bid came to $2,200 which will be split between Hanover Build the Boards and ALS1. Thank you to Tony and Nancy Falco of Falco Realty Group in Hanover for donating this incredibly generous opportunity! All of you do wonderful things for our town and we are very grateful. Attached is the copy of the check we contributed to the Sgt. Michael Chesna Family Fund from the proceeds of July's Family Fun and Movie Night. Thank you to all of the individuals, corporations, families and organizations who donated their time, money and services to this great cause. A very special thank you to the town of Hanover and the neighbors of Forge Pond Park for allowing us to use the park on such short notice. God bless the Chesna Family and all of the emergency first responders keeping us safe every day.

We still have t-shirts available from last weekend's Family Fun Night in support of the Officer Michael Chesna Family Fund. Sizes range from Kids' M-L and Adult S-XXL and can be picked up at Dave Delaney's Columbia Preowned Cars at 785 Washington Street (Rt 53) in Hanover for a reduced price of $10 each. 100% of the proceeds to benefit the Officer Michael Chesna Family Fund.
