Are you happy with how much time your teen spends on their phone? Do you want help teaching them healthier tech habits? Would you like them to enjoy hobbies, spend time with friends in person, and find healthier ways to relax? (Would you like this for yourself, too?)

Join us on Thursday, September 10th at 4:30 pm for our Screens and Teens workshop. Activities and discussions will help raise awareness about how tech companies and others hijack our attention, bring you and your teen closer together through conversation, and help you both make healthy tech choices. This intergenerational workshop is for teens and their parents. Teens or parents can also attend solo. Each family gets a free copy of Attention Hijacked by Erica B. Marcus.
