Family, friends, community members, and supporters. The Hancock Old Settlers committee has made the decision to move our weekend back to August 8th and 9th 2026. We understand this idea is off-putting to some, but it is in the best interest of our fun-filled weekend. We are so excited to have the band Gallivant join us again on Saturday night and can’t wait to see everyone!

Friends! This band just opened for Foreigner and will be opening for Head East. They are very excited to spend the evening entertaining us with their own tunes as well as covers. Band member Sam Hayes just so happens to be an Atlantic native. We hope to see you Saturday Night August 2nd for a good time.

Summer is in full swing and Old Settlers weekend will be here before we know it. In the weeks leading up to all the fun a few of our committee members will be out collectioning donations for the auction. In years past community members have been kind enough to donate fresh produce, canned produce, home made pies, breads, jellies and cupcakes. These items are always a huge hit and get the donator plenty of bragging rights. 😉 if anyone would like to donate please feel free to bring your items to Old Settlers auction August 3rd before 4pm. If you would like your donation picked up we can make arrangements with you. Can’t wait to see everyone and have another memorable year!
