Langley AFB Armistead Gate will be closed until further notice. All visitors are directed to LaSalle Gate for base access.
–
UPDATE: King Street Gate will be open to inbound and outbound traffic until further notice. Durand Gate is now closed to all traffic.

🚨 Modified Hours and Holiday Closure Notice

In support of Wing Goal Day on Friday, 4 September 2026, and in observance of Labor Day on Monday, 7 September 2026, Langley Medical Group will adjust its operating hours.

Friday, 4 September 2026 — Wing Goal Day

Main Clinics: Closing at 12:00 p.m.

Satellite Pharmacy: Open until 5:00 p.m.

Emergency Department: Open until 6:00 p.m


Monday, 7 September 2026 — Labor Day

Langley Medical Group will be closed in observance of the holiday.

Exception:

Emergency Department: Open 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

All routine services and hours resume on Tuesday, 8 September 2026.

🚑 After-Hours Care: If you have a medical emergency outside of these hours, call 911 or proceed to the nearest Emergency Department, such as Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) or a local civilian emergency room.

To schedule appointments, call the Hampton Roads Appointment Center (HRAC) at 866-645-4584.

🚨Labor Day Holiday Weekend Gate Hours🚨

Attention everyone! Please note the following gate hours for the upcoming Labor Day holiday weekend:

Langley AFB Gate Hours:
–
LaSalle Gate and Armistead Gate will maintain normal operating hours throughout the Labor Day holiday weekend.
–
King Street Gate and Durand Gate will be CLOSED Friday, September 4, and REOPEN 0600, Tuesday, September 8.
–
The Visitor Control Center will be CLOSED Friday, September 4, as well as Monday, September 7. (It will maintain normal operating hours on Saturday and Sunday, September 5 and 6.) It will REOPEN 0600, Tuesday, September 8. During the VCC closures: all visitors MUST check in using the far-right lane at LaSalle Gate.

The Commercial Vehicle Inspection Site (CVIS) will be CLOSED Friday, September 4, and REOPEN 0600, Tuesday, September 8. Large Commercial vehicles will be inspected at the LaSalle Gate during the closure.

Fort Eustis Gate Hours:

Main Gate (Fort Eustis Blvd.) will remain open 24/7.

Back Gate (Shellabarger Rd.) will be CLOSED Monday, September 7.
