Plaice Cove is a historic area north of North Beach in Hampton. I summered in a "fish house" w/family from '47 until it was demolished in '59.

Ahh, 1947 when Mom & Dad bought our fish house @ Plaice Cove next to the Harold Mace fish house… they did a lot of fixin’up. & we summered 2miles from home until 1959. 😢
BTW, I forgot to mention that w/three very sad daughters, Dad loved to surprise us & had a summer home built just two houses East in Plaice Cove surrounded by cousins & great friends! Yes, I ‘m still a barefoot beach bum…. 👣
