In line with the 633 ABW, Langley MTF (633 MDG) will be closing @1200 on Monday 16 March for routine care. If you have a scheduled appointment for Monday, you will be contacted by your care team for a virtual appointment or rescheduling.

Main and Satellite pharmacy will remain open till 1300

For non-emergent services during this time, patients can contact the Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-874-2273, option 1.

For virtual urgent care, please call the Nurse Advice Line and they will connect you with the VIPRR team.

For Emergencies, please proceed to the closest Emergency room.

The Joint Commission (TJC) will conduct an accreditation survey February 10-12 at the 633d Medical Group at Langley AFB. The survey will be used to evaluate the organization's compliance with the TJC standards and to determine whether, and the conditions under which accreditation will be awarded.

Joint Commission accreditation and certification is recognized nationwide as a symbol of quality that reflects an organization's commitment to meeting certain performance standards.

Please be aware that if you have an appointment scheduled during this week, a surveyor might ask to shadow your visit as a means to evaluate our compliance and patient safety standards.

Langley 633rd Medical Group Holiday Hours:

The 633rd Medical Group will be closed December 24-25, 2025 and open December 26, 2025.

For emergency care, dial 911 or visit your nearest Emergency Department.

TRICARE Nurse Advice Line (NAL) registered nurses are available 24/7 to provide health care advice, help locate an emergent or urgent health care facility, and schedule same or next day Tidewater MTF appointments for enrolled beneficiaries. The NAL phone number is (800) 874-2273 Option 1.

To make, change, or cancel MTF primary or specialty care appointments, the Hampton Roads Appointment Center (HRAC) can be reached at (866) 645-4584. The HRAC is open Monday through Friday 6am to 7pm and Saturday, Sunday, and holidays except Christmas Day 7am to 3:30pm.
