There will be an Open House to discuss the Park Plan from 6-7pm at Hampton City Hall on Thursday, May 26th. The Open House will be followed by a Planning Commission meeting at 7 pm.

Hampton residents are encouraged to come to the Hampton City Hall parking lot on Saturday, May 21st from 8am-4pm with items they wish to dispose of free of charge. Residents will need to verify that they live within the city limits.

Please bring a valid drivers license or a current utility bill.

Below are the things that are NOT accepted to be thrown away in the roll-off. • NO appliances or electronics or tires in the roll off. • NO refrigerators, stoves, hot water heaters, washers, dryers, air conditioners, dishwashers, computers, printers, monitors, etc. If you place these items in the roll off, there will be an additional charge of $100 per item. • NO Mattresses. Charges if placed in roll-off are (Twin & Full $35.00 each, Queen & King $45.00 each, Hide-a-bed, love-seat $35.00. Hide-a-bed couch $45.00.) • NO concrete, shingles, tar, remodeling, dirt or brush in with a trash load. • NO hazardous material is accepted, for example: paint in the liquid form, chemicals, paint thinner, etc.

Furniture that is acceptable in the roll off: couch, chair, table, desk, dresser, etc.
