Don’t let your guard down just because fall is here and the temperatures are dropping. Adult deer ticks are at peak activity in late October into November as they find their way onto larger hosts, such as deer, pets, and humans, to get a blood meal and mate before winter. After this, the female tick will drop off the host and become dormant over winter in the leaf litter, preparing to lay up to 3,000 eggs in the spring.

STOP THIS CYCLE NOW before the adult female has the opportunity to reproduce.

Acting today can dramatically reduce next season’s tick population, giving you and your family a safer yard when activity surges again in April and May. Reach out to us today if you have not yet signed up for an October lawn treatment!
