The Knights of Columbus Villa Marie Council # 6342 from Galloway Township honored Hammonton Councilperson JD Calderone with an appreciation award during the Flags For Forgotten Soldiers event held at Oak Grove Cemetery - Hammonton, NJ.

This impactful program aims to raise awareness about the alarming rate of veteran su***de, with today's event featuring the placement of 600 American flags, each symbolizing a life lost in just one month.

Hammonton Business Registration Information

All businesses that are physically located in the Town of Hammonton must fill out a business registration application with the Municipal Clerk’s office at Town Hall.

Application must be accompanied by a current Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) form.

⚠️ Important: The COI must identify the Town of Hammonton as the certificate holder. Application, COI and payment must be mailed together or your submission will not be accepted.

Please include a self addressed stamped envelope with your request.

The registration form submitted for each business must contain updated emergency information with the names, addresses and telephone numbers to be contacted after business hours in reference to building security, damage, or any occurrence that requires access to any facility owned or operated by such business.

🚴‍♀️ The 54th American Cancer Society Bike-A-Thon will pass through Hammonton Lake Park on Sunday, June 7th, 2026 from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

🚴 Participants and volunteers come together to honor cancer survivors, spread the word about reducing cancer risk, and raise money to help the American Cancer Society save lives. Philadelphia Bike-A-Thon

⚠️ Important: With over 3,500 riders anticipated for the event, please be prepared for significant bicycle traffic in the area. If you need to travel nearby, it's advisable to allow extra time to reach your destination.

Bulk trash collection will be the week of June 1st - 5th and is always the first full week of each month. Residents may place up to three large items at the curb on their regular trash day prior to 6:00 a.m. Rugs, carpet, carpet padding and chemicals will not be accepted.
