A huge THANK YOU to Revival Temple Church in Walker! 💙

We are incredibly grateful to the amazing volunteers from Revival Temple Church who spent their time helping clean up and refresh the outdoor area at our Children’s Advocacy Center in Denham Springs.

Having a welcoming, cared-for space makes such a difference for the children who walk through our doors. We are so thankful for community partners who are willing to roll up their sleeves and help us continue creating a place of comfort, healing, and hope.

249 children were served by 122 dedicated CASA Advocates, and 15 children found safe and permanent homes. But our work isn’t finished. 149 children are still waiting for an advocate to call their own.

You don’t have to be a lawyer or a social worker to make a difference. You simply have to be willing to show up, speak up, and be a consistent voice for a child who needs one.

Last week, we were honored to receive a $10,000 GraceWorks grant, made possible through Movement Mortgage and the KM Foundation. This incredible investment will help Child Advocacy Services continue providing voice, healing, and security to children throughout our communities.

If becoming a CASA volunteer has been on your heart, this is your last opportunity to join a training class this year!

CASA volunteers are everyday people who step up to be a consistent, caring voice for children experiencing foster care. You don’t have to be a lawyer or social worker, you simply need the heart to advocate and the willingness to show up.

We are so grateful for the incredible organizations and individuals who continue to show up for the children and families we serve. A special thank you to Kiwanis Club of Ascension Parish, Burns Estate Planning & Wealth Advisors, and Ebenezer Baptist Church for your generous donations and support!
