Neighborhood Housing Services has Emergency Mortgage and Rental Assistance available on a first come first serve basis for those who live within the City of Hamilton city limits and have been affected by Covid-19. Applications are available by contacting NHSH at 513-737-9301. You must be able to provide a letter from a health care professional stating you/your household family member has been directly affected by Covid-19, or an official notification of quarantine from a healthcare professional, or letter from your employer indicating you've lost your job; been laid off; furloughed; or work hours were or have been reduced due to Covid 19 (if any of these activities took place prior to March 1, 2020 you will be deemed ineligible, or a letter from a daycare provider indicating the childcare facility was or has been closed along with the proof of child)ren registration with the childcare provider, or other documentation which verifies Covid-19 financial hardship.
