The Hamilton Police Department is looking for a full-time Police Officer to join our team!
💰 Starting salary: $67,000–$91,000 based on education, shift differential, and stipends.
We offer a professional and supportive work environment with opportunities to grow and specialize, including Detective, School Resource Officer, Bicycle Patrol, and Therapy Dog Handler assignments.

Requirements include:
• At least 21 years old at the time of hiring
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license
• Minimum Associate’s Degree
• Live within 15 miles of Hamilton
• Eligibility for a Massachusetts LTC
• Successful completion of the department’s hiring process
A basic full-time Massachusetts Police Training Committee Academy Certificate or equivalent is preferred but not required.
