The Client Care Coordinators set the tone for caring and receiving Pathway to Hope clients and guests, managing phone calls, appointment flow, and donation resources. This position presents Pathway to Hope as a loving and life-affirming organization by identifying client and guest needs and facilitating their care.
If you or someone you know is interested in working with Team Hope, please review the job description and submit both a resume and application to [email protected].
Qualified interested candidates should send a cover letter, completed application, and resume. Applications should be submitted as a PDF. Applicants are responsible for submitting their three personal reference requests. We request that one of the three references come from a Pastor or spiritual leader, and two from non-family members. It's a Dadhood graduation celebration! đź’™

Will first came to Pathway to Hope with his girlfriend for a pregnancy test and ultrasound. While here, he chose to participate in our Dadhood program and take the opportunity to prepare for the journey ahead.

Through the program, he gained practical knowledge about fatherhood—learning more about what to do, what not to do, and how to navigate his new role. He also shared how much his coach, David, impacted his experience, describing him as “amazing and extremely supportive.”

He completed the program knowing much more than when he first walked through our doors and said he would recommend Pathway to anyone.

This is the impact of Father Services. Because of the generosity of our partners, dads like Will have a place to learn, grow, and receive support as they step into fatherhood.

On October 13, we’ll gather for our Father Services Dinner to celebrate this work and share the vision for reaching even more fathers in our community.

The donations we receive help us keep our Care Closet stocked and allow us to provide practical support to the women and families we serve.

A quick update regarding accepted donations:
Effective September 1, 2026, we are no longer accepting used car seats. We will continue to accept NEW car seats. Clients in need of other car seat resources will be connected with local organizations that can assist them. Another Crib Award Program graduate! 🎉

When Zitlalik first came to Pathway, she was looking for support after her sister recommended us. Through the Crib Award Program, she learned how to prepare for birth, care for her baby, and feel more ready for what was ahead.

Today, Zitlalik says she feels more prepared and less stressed about the future. She shared that all of our advocates helped her along the way, with Diane making an especially meaningful impact.

For her, the program was a great learning experience that helped her prepare not only for caring for her baby, but mentally for becoming a mom.

Our partners make stories like Zitlalik’s possible. They allow us to walk alongside moms as they prepare for their babies, build confidence, and take their next steps with support and encouragement.

Bring together friends, family, coworkers, or church members for an evening focused on Reclaiming His Voice and the important role fathers play in their families.

Through Father Services, dads like Axel are finding support, preparing for fatherhood, and growing in their faith along the way.

The Father Services Dinner is our annual fundraiser supporting this important ministry and an opportunity to introduce others to the difference it is making in the lives of fathers and families.

This role provides support and care to women and their families, along with maintaining a professional standard of care. This position is responsible for performing pregnancy tests and ultrasounds for Pathway to Hope as well as maintaining the ultrasound equipment. All moms and dads and their families will be served with respect.

The Nurse Sonographer or RDMS will also provide consultation services to women encountering an unexpected pregnancy.
