Huge congratulations to the 9 members of our ERS team who recently completed an intensive, week-long class to earn their Swift Water Technician Certification! 👏

We sent this dedicated group to the Bowling Green State University Water Rescue Technician course and the experience was top-notch. A massive thank you to their amazing instructors—the training and scenarios they provided were absolutely phenomenal, equipping our team with advanced, hands-on skills that are second to none.

What does this mean for our community? It means Butler County is safer. Achieving a Swift Water Tech certification is no small feat; it requires rigorous training to master complex water rescue operations. Having these highly trained members ready to deploy ensures a faster, more effective, and safer response to flood and water emergencies across the county.

The team members put in the heavy lifting, adapted to the conditions, and got the job done. We couldn't be prouder of their continued commitment to protecting and serving our residents.

Please join us in congratulating these members on a job well done!
