Hamden Legislative Council Hamden's Legislative Council has a duty to oversee and advise the town's affairs as delineated in the Hamden Town Charter.

As the fiscal authority, the Council approves the annual Town budget and establishes the mil rate.

Today, we honor and remember all who served and gave their lives to protect our freedom.

Unfortunately, due to the weather, today’s parade has been canceled. However, Join us at 11:00 AM at Hamden Middle for School for the Remembrance Ceremony to pay tribute to the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice.
