Today is Primary Election Day for registered Democrats in Hamden!

Polls are open 6:00 AM–8:00 PM.

If you’ve already voted, check on your networks.

Last Thursday, we celebrated our Quinnipiac University Public Service Fellow, Kiera Baxter, as she concluded her fellowship with the Hamden Town Clerk's Office.

One of the first questions I asked Kiera was, "What are you interested in....?"Her answer .....Accessibility.

That single word shaped her time in the Town Clerk’s Office.

Through governance research, bylaw development, stakeholder surveys, data analysis, and community engagement, she helped lay the foundation for meaningful enhancements that will strengthen our Boards & Commissions program for years to come.

Kiera, thank you for your thoughtful leadership and commitment to public service.

Your fellowship may have come to an end, but your contributions will continue to shape our work.
