DRIVE -THRU WINDOW AT OUR ASHLEY COUNTY CROSSETT ANNEX located at 303 Main St!! This drive-thru is accessible from Main St. Please have your statement & method of payment ready when using the window for a fast, smooth transaction.

If you are paying with any method of check payment you may drop off your tax payment at the after hours drop box located in the drive-thru beside the drawer!!

Our Crossett location is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm for all your taxpaying needs!

After the Assessor & I have had a discussion, we have come to a decision that our offices in the CROSSETT ANNEX will also be close, Friday, May 2nd. This is due to the main courthouse closure for the Armadillo Day festivities.

Due to the anticipated increase in traffic, street closures, and the carnival setup in the parking lot of the Courthouse for the World Famous Armadillo Festival, the Ashley County Judge has ordered the closure of the Ashley County Courthouse on Friday, May 2, 2025. This decision has been made to help ensure public safety and support the logistics of the festival.

The Crossett Annex, located at 303 North Main Street in Crossett, will remain open during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, to accommodate the public. County business may still be conducted at that location during this temporary closure.

Rural garbage routes will continue running on Friday, May 2nd. Please place your trash out the night before and leave it out until it is picked up. We appreciate your cooperation.

Thank you for your understanding, and we hope everyone enjoys the festival safely.
