Brisket served by your Haltom City firefighters. 🔥
The inaugural Backdraft Brisket Bash is Saturday, Oct. 3 from 5-9 PM at the Haltom City Senior Center, 3201 Friendly Lane. Hosted by the Fire Services Board, with bounce houses, live music and raffle drawings. Proceeds benefit the Haltom City Fire Department.

Admission is $25 for adults and $10 for kids 10 and under. For tickets, contact April Hernandez at [email protected] or 817-222-7765.

Reels and Readiness is coming up on Saturday, September 19, and it's free.

We'll be at North Park, 5220 Denton Hwy, from 6-10 PM with games, activities, photo ops, info booths and concessions, and a showing of Twister (1996) at 7:30 PM. Stop by the booths to talk with city departments and area organizations about severe weather alerts and what to keep in a home emergency kit.

Bring a lawn chair or blanket.

Come one Come ALL to a morning at the park. Like to fish.... they'll have a fishing tournament, like animals... there's a petting zoo, like country western music... Cowtown Ramblers will provide music while community partners who provide services for seniors will be hosting a variety of games to play ... . and for lunch we have Haltom City American Legion grilling hot dogs for us. Invite your family and friends who are 50 plus to join you for this FUN FREE event.
