Wow - First I want to thank everyone that supported me and voted for me. I know in our busy lives it is hard to take time to vote so for anyone that voted for me THANK YOU! I also want to thank all those folks that not only voted for me but allowed me to put signs in front of their homes and businesses and helped promote me in the community. It means a ton to me that folks have trusted me with this position.

I do want to take a second and thank Lee Gaw for his time on the board. I am sure I have a ton to learn but I don’t doubt that Lee has done a ton to help Hallsville ISD over the years and for that I, and every community member, are grateful.

EXCITING DAY!!

1) Got to go and help certify the voting machines at the Harrison County Elections Office.

2) MORE EXCITING was learning that Woodland Hills Baptist Church will not only be a location to vote on Election Day, May 4th, but it will also be an EARLY VOTING LOCATION!!! April 22-26 and April 29-30!!! So all my fellow members of Woodland Hills Baptist Church, that should make it super easy for y’all!! Please help me out and go by the church during that time and vote 🙏🙏

Have you voted today? The school board election isn’t for a few more weeks but I want to encourage EVERYONE to go vote today for the other positions that are on the current ballot! Got me excited to see so many folks @ Gold Hall voting!
