During the 2026 March Primary, Unaffiliated voters are allowed to participate in the Democratic or Republican primary. Those voters must inform the precinct official of their primary choice.
Unaffiliated voters are strongly encouraged to view the sample ballots posted in order to decide which ballot to choose. Once the ballot has been issued to the voter, the ballot cannot be returned for a different party.
If you are having difficulties while trying to vote, please ask to speak with the Chief Judge. The Chief Judge will assist you. If your situation is not resolved, please have someone contact the Board of Elections Office before leaving the voting location.
