They had considerable enjoyment last week and repeated the activity, benefiting from excellent hand-to-eye coordination training while preparing for the upcoming games at the 911 festival. If you are available, please consider supporting us there; you might enjoy it so much that you'll want to join.

Yesterday afternoon at approximately 4:00, our team was dispatched to respond to a reported tree obstruction over a phone line. Upon arrival, it was observed that a substantial limb had broken off an oak tree and was resting on the phone line, thereby blocking the primary access to a resident's residence. We proceeded to cut and remove a significant portion of the tree limb to clear the driveway and subsequently notified the phone company about the incident via 911.

Yesterday, our team responded to a multi-vehicle accident involving a car and a tractor, deploying two trucks to assist patients, manage traffic, and clear debris. As summer approaches, we remind drivers to exercise caution due to the prevalence of farms and agricultural equipment on our roadways. We are relieved that no serious injuries were sustained in this incident, which could have had far more severe consequences.

We have been diligently finalizing plans for our upcoming community day, which will feature the return of our popular water slides. Although vendor arrangements are still underway, we are pleased to announce that a car show will be held at the community center, among other activities. The event is scheduled to take place on August 8th. We continue to seek vendors and sponsors to enhance the success of this event. If you are interested in participating as a vendor or sponsor, please do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to seeing you there this year.

Last night, our annual hydrant testing commenced, scheduled to take place on select afternoons over the forthcoming weeks. Please note that our presence is a standard precautionary measure to verify hydrant functionality and assess water capacity, also serving to familiarize fire personnel with hydrant locations.
