This week our 4th grade Hornets learned about the rotation of planet Earth. They were able to recognize that the Earth revolves around the Sun in a year and rotates on its axis. Great work, Scientists!

Did you know that Alta Vista students who score an 80% or higher on a test win to a trip to the principal’s office!?! In the office, Principal Munoz awards them a special prize and a “Congratulations” note for their agenda. Here are some scholars from Mrs. Johnson’s class on their trip to see the principal. Way to go, Hornets!
