⚽🌭☀️ What a BEAUTIFUL day at Frederick Manor! ☀️🌭⚽

Today, our residents enjoyed an afternoon filled with fun, laughter, community resources, and plenty of sunshine as we partnered with the Boys & Girls Club for an exciting kickball game!

A huge thank you to our community partners from The Parents' Place of Maryland and the Washington County Health Department for joining us and sharing valuable resources with families.

Resident Services was happy to keep everyone fueled up with hot dogs, chips, and other tasty goodies while neighbors, children, and staff came together for a great day of connection and community.

And can we talk about our Director of Resident Services for a moment? 👏⚾ Let's just say she stepped up to the plate and kicked her way to what we are officially calling a HOME RUN! The competition was fierce, the laughter was contagious, and the memories made were priceless.

Events like these remind us that community is more than where we live—it's the relationships we build, the support we share, and the fun we create together.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made today so special. We can't wait for the next one!

As She Sails off Into the Sunset to her Retirement, We Must Say Bon Voyage!

Dianne Rudisill, long-time Director of Resident Services, has announced her retirement effective May 8, 2026, following more than 32 years of dedicated service to the Housing Authority.
Dianne has played a key role in strengthening resident programs, community partnerships, and supportive services across the agency. Her commitment and impact have been meaningful to both staff and the residents we serve. She will be greatly missed, but her time will be well spent planning endless trips and adventures with her family and friends.
We extend our sincere appreciation to Dianne for her many years of service and contributions.
