A serious traffic accident involving a rollover is causing major delays on I-81 Northbound in the I-70 corridor. Emergency crews are currently on scene and motorists should expect significant backups until further notice.

Please avoid the area if possible, seek alternate routes, and use caution for first responders working the scene.

Hagerstown Barrack troopers and a Crime Scene Technician from the Crime Scene Section visited the Frederick Manor Boys and Girls Club of Washington County to teach the kids about gathering evidence and conducting investigations. The kids were able to place their fingerprints on balloons and blew them up to see the details of their fingerprints. They were also excited to see the Crime Scene van. Thank you to the Crime Scene Section for the special visit.

Local law enforcement agencies from across Washington County will join forces with Sleep in Heavenly Peace – Washington County Chapter to build beds for children in need in our community—and we need YOUR help to make it happen! 🛏️✨

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 We’re looking for volunteers (ages 8 and up) to work side-by-side with local law enforcement to help make a real difference.
