I, along with 11 other attorneys general, stand firmly against President Trump’s misleading attacks on diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and accessibility initiatives. These programs create fairer workplaces and opportunities for all. The President’s attempts to weaponize decades-old policies to divide us are harmful.

We remain committed to enforcing civil rights laws and ensuring equal opportunity for everyone.
