Jason Malott Register of Wills Washington County MD Jason A. Malott has been a public servant in Washington County for 27 years. Weaver.

Prior to his employment in the Register of Wills Office, Jason was a deputy clerk of the Circuit Court for Washington County under the direction of Clerk, Dennis J. Jason has served in the office of the Register of Wills since 1999 as Deputy and then was appointed Chief Deputy under then register John Bloyer. Jason was elected the 17th Register of Wills in 2010 and was re-elected in 2014.

40 years of service to Washington County citizens represented here. We took pride in good personal customer service. You could sit down with us or our staff and we walked you through the probate process. The late Mr. Marvin Toms was the 15th Register from 1982-1992; Mr. John Bloyer was 16th Register from 1992-2010 and I served as the 17th Register from 2010-2022. This photo was taken in June, 2019 at the open house of the new offices at 100 W. Washington St. The public always appreciated a welcoming and helpful government office, especially at a difficult time.
