To become a patient there are only two qualifying conditions.

2) You currently are without health insurance

Yesterday we went to the CAPE Resource Fair at the Otterbein United Methodist Church on E Franklin Church.

We met a lot of great community resource organizations all while offering free blood pressure and A1C tests.

The Cape community resource fair is an annual local event connecting residence to central support programs. In Hagerstown, it is hosted by the Maryland Department of human services.

We are so thankful to be a part of this community.
