Maryland Resource Parent Association

Maryland Resource Parent Association Our mission is to increase communication and provide training wherever possible.

The Maryland Resource Parent Association provides information, support, and advocacy for foster parents, adoptive parents, kinship parents, and guardians who open their homes to give stable families to Maryland's children in need of care. Our First Tuesday sessions (see https://mrpa.org/ ) are offered free to all, and allow Resource Parents across MD to interact with key contacts from the State and other advocacy organizations.

Those who RSVP’d for the MRPA Baysox Event in June — please check your email!

Many families who were previously waitlisted have now been moved off the waitlist and were sent an email with updated information.

Additionally, families who were originally confirmed MUST still respond to the confirmation email that was sent within the last 2–3 days to confirm their tickets.

Please make sure to respond as soon as possible so we can finalize attendance and ensure tickets are not unused and passed to those still on the "waitlist"!
