Hamburgers or Memorials?
You don’t have to choose – Take time to do BOTH!
While I hope you will be enjoying a hamburger with family and friends this weekend, I also hope that you will remember the reason for our “Monday Off.”
One great way to memorialize the sacrifices made for our freedoms is to march in a Memorial Day Parade with a group who is truly thankful for our freedoms protected by our American Heroes!
My family, friends, and I are walking in three parades this weekend – Would you join us?
We wear green Neil Parrott shirts or Military shirts, vests, and hats, wave American flags, and help others to celebrate this great American Holiday.
• Saturday, May 25, in Sharpsburg at 2pm, 1pm line-up,
• Sunday, May 26, in Woodsboro at 1:30pm, 1pm line-up,
• Sunday, May 26, in Boonsboro at 2pm, 1pm line-up.
Let us know if you can join us by emailing [email protected]. We’d love to walk with you!
In the heartfelt words of Lee Greenwood, “I’m proud to be an American, where at least I know I’m free. And I won’t forget the men who died, who gave that right to me.”
I love our country, and I believe you do, too. Standing with you this weekend, as we stand for those who came before us.
For our country,
Neil
