PV1 Gudiel- joined as a 12N (Heavy Equipment Operator) who joined to “become a successful person, go to college and make his family proud”

PFC Martin- who was prior service as an 88M (Motor Transport Operator) decided to rejoin the National Guard “something you can’t put words to. After a long hiatus I decided to come back”
PV1 Lama- joined as a 12N (Heavy Equipment Operator) joined because “it provides the ideal opportunity to serve my country and community while remaining close to home. My primary objective is to establish a strong foundation for a prosperous future. By enlisting, I will acquire valuable job skills, gain leadership experience, and lay the groundwork for a successful civilian career”

Welcome to the Maryland Army National Guard Private First Class Lynch!!
PFC Lynch joined as a 31B- Military Police.
With a 3 year Enlistment Contract
PFC Lynch entered into the National Guard as an e-3 because he completed an associates degree
He also received a bonus of $7,500 for shipping to Basic Training within 30 Days of enlistment.

Congratulations to SPC DelValle-Alfaro and PV2 Boward
•SPC Delvalle came into the MDARNG as a 25U (Signal Support Systems Specialist) DelValle is coming as a SPC for obtaining a Bachelors Degree. Along with enlisting he is reviving a $20,000 bonus and an MGIB-Kicker to help pay for education
•PV2 Boward enlisted as an 11B (infantrymen) PV2 Boward is coming in as a PV2 for having 2 years of JROTC in high school
