The road to Ritter Island and the surrounding Idaho Power Park will be closed to the public on Tuesday, June 2nd and Wednesday, June 3rd due to road maintenance. The road is scheduled to reopen for the afternoon on Thursday, June 4th.

Our spring hours start February 27, 2026. The Thousand Springs State Park Visitor Center will be open Thursday through Monday from 9am to 3pm. We will be closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Don’t let anyone (that includes Google) give you bad directions to the Billingsley Creek State Park Campground. You have to drive past the visitor center located at 17970 US HWY 30 Hagerman to get there. There is no access from the Hagerman Cemetery Road.
