Today was the annual Guttenberg Rotary Big Springs Nature Park clean up. Guttenberg Rotary doesn't just donate the money for the trails, parks, docks, and other projects you enjoy but we have fun work days to maintain the projects as well. If you'd like to join us come check us out or reach out to us. We meet at noon on Thursdays at The Stadium. If you are a Rotarian from another town who vacations or fishes in Guttenberg you are welcome to join us.

🐰🐣Guttenberg Rotary Club + Guttenberg Care Center are hosting their annual Easter Egg Hunt, Saturday April 4 at 1pm. There will be 3 groups ranging from ages 0-10 to ensure plenty of eggs for all! NEW THIS YEAR: gold and silver eggs are gone, replaced by 100+ prize eggs! Put this classic event on your family calendar for Easter weekend🐰🥚

⛸️ 🎣 New amenity to Guttenberg! Guttenberg Rotary Club has purchased and installed a dock on Herman Pond by Mozart Street and Hwy 52 on the Bluff Street side. This wonderful addition to our community is intended to be used for skating in the winter and easy fishing, kayaking, and canoing in the summer, keeping people from having to stand along the highway or launch from the bank. There will be a fire pit available so bring your skates, s’mores, relax, and enjoy🎣 ⛸️

*Pictured is Guttenberg Rotarian Jacob Lessard (current Black Hills Energy employee) and volunteer Jerry Happel who assembled and installed the dock today along with Rotarian Dennis McNeal (retired Black Hills Energy employee). The purchase of this dock was made possible by the constant fundraising the club does and the generous endowment Guttenberg Rotary Club receives from the Rod & Mary Jo Tangeman Family💙💛
