Our inmate work crew has been very busy the last few months cleaning roads in Marshall County! They have cleaned over 30 plus roads collecting just over 700 bags of trash. They picked up trash on roads in all four districts. Also, they have collected debris ranging from old chairs to tires and everything in between. We are very proud of the effort these guys put forth to benefit the people of Marshall County. Keep up the good work!

We are experiencing a problem with our website on the inmate database. The website company has been contacted and are working on the problem. This is a technical issue with the website provider. There has NOT been a MASS release of inmates in Marshall County. The inmate roster on our sheriffs app is still working. If you don’t have our app, I would encourage you to download it to your phone. We apologize for any concern this may have caused the public, especially for Facebook keyboard warriors.

The Marshall County Opioid Funds Committee is now accepting applications for funding opportunities that support opioid education, prevention, and treatment efforts throughout Marshall County. These funds are made possible through settlement money recovered from opioid manufacturers and are intended to create meaningful, lasting impact in our communities. Eligible nonprofit organizations and government entities are encouraged to apply. Please review the graphic below for qualifications, application details, and important deadlines. Applications must be submitted by July 13, 2026, at midnight.
