She came after years marked by addiction, an abusive relationship, and painful separation from her children. She was ready to rebuild but knew the journey ahead would take courage and faith.

313 children who suffered trauma and abuse in Marshall County received support from the Child Advocacy Center of Marshall County in the first quarter of 2026 alone.

âž¡ Children who were spared from reliving their worst nightmares over and over again through multiple interviews.

âž¡ Children and families who received counseling to help them cope with trauma and move forward in their lives.

Thanks to community support, this United Way partner agency is changing countless lives right here in Marshall County.

The American Red Cross is currently seeking Shelter Heroes to respond after local natural disasters. Shelter Heroes are trained community members who are willing to commit at least 3 consecutive days per year to help local communities after disaster strikes.
