MS SPRING 2026 BOCCE LEAGUE PICNIC
The tradition of a league-wide picnic during our bocce league playoffs was enjoyed by all four teams and friends on Sunday, April 12. Many thanks to the teams and players who contributed to the picnic which enabled MS SOFIA to save some surplus funds for our scholarship program. Another successful bocce season and we all had a great time!

The Italian Stallions defeated the second seed Old Ballers in the playoff round and the top seed Rolling Thunder in the championship round to win the MS SOFIA 2026 Spring Bocce League title.

PASTA PARTY 2026: On March 27, 16 MS SOFIA members enjoyed an Amtrak Mardi Gras Service trip to New Orleans to join our paisani of the Italian-American St. Joseph's Society for their annual "World's Largest Pasta Party" featuring 500 pounds of spaghetti con sarde at the Hilton Riverside Hotel. We capped off our trip by visiting the American-Italian Cultural Center and enjoying live music and a presentation by a group of flag throwers from Italy in its lovely courtyard. Another wonderful MS SOFIA event!
