Today, the First and the Finest conducted our change of command ceremony. Commander Warren officially relieved Captain Stewart as Commanding Officer of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) ONE.

Please join us in wishing fair winds and following seas to Captain Stewart, and in welcoming aboard Commander Warren!
