Yes! As of August 29, 2019, you may be married in Florida with an Alabama Marriage Certificate! Alabama documents are easier (requiring NO courthouse visits), cheaper (by about $20) and valid in every state no matter where you live. This is good news for everyone wishing to be married at the much less crowded beaches of Perdido Key (next door to Orange Beach). Steve and Bev are Notaries Public for Alabama and can notarize, file, pay filing fees and request certified copies of your Alabama Marriage Certificate in accordance with the new Alabama Marriage Law. The State of Alabama's marriage document requirements are quite specific and best handled by someone experienced with state government forms and procedures. Moreover, your wedding day should not be burdened with the stress of wondering about the accuracy or format of your paperwork or finding a notary that will certify your signatures any day of the week. Every person filing in Alabama will have to pay a Notary Public to notarize their signatures on the marriage certificate. Our notary fee to come to your location 7 days a week is $50.
