Happy Saturday, Gentle Readers! The Free Little Library finally crumbled and the door fell off, but do not despair! I ordered a new one and it will be delivered Tuesday. I removed the books and put them in our garage as rain is in the forecast early tomorrow morning. The books will be returned after we replace the library. Thank you for your understanding! We appreciate everyone in the neighborhood who participates in this free book exchange.

Greetings Gentle Readers! The rain has been wreaking havoc on our Free Little Library in Hidden Shores Gulf Breeze, Florida so I covered all the cracks with Gorilla tape and put "rain jackets" on the books. Please use/reuse gallon Ziploc bags when adding/returning books to the library to keep them safe and dry! It hurts my heart to throw wet books away. Thank you. 🥰

Good afternoon, Library Fans! The storms over the weekend were brutal and unfortunately, a lot of our books were water damaged. I removed all the wet books and replaced them with new, dry books. If anyone has any ideas on how to better waterproof the Library, please let me know. Have a wonderful summer, everyone!

Happy Friday, everyone! We had a special request from a sweet young neighbor to put more kids' books, and some Barbie Books in the library. I already put a few Barbie and Paw Patrol books in there and they went fast! Let's encourage the neighborhood children to read and share their love of reading by donating a book today! Thank you!
