As many of you know, Go Play & Party is now a self-check-in facility. To enter, guests need to purchase a play pass or membership and download the Serenity app before arriving. The challenge is that many families arrive expecting immediate entry, and the setup process can take a few minutes.

We're looking at ways to better communicate this on our website, social media, confirmation emails, and signage.

πŸ‘€ If you were a first-time visitor, what would make it crystal clear that you need to:

βœ… Purchase a play pass or membership
βœ… Download the Serenity app
βœ… Create your account & log in with the same account that you created the membership before arriving for the smoothest experience

Many of you probably already know Braya from visiting for open play, birthday parties and our Parent Night Out events, where she has been a favorite among both kids and parents. Having worked closely with her, I can confidently say she is responsible, dependable, patient, and genuinely loves spending time with children. It's hard to believe we're coming up on almost ONE MONTH since transitioning to our staffless facility model and discontinuing traditional open hours. While it's been an adjustment, we're incredibly grateful for all of the families who have embraced the change and continue supporting our little indoor play community.❀️

For those who may be new here, we've been getting this question a lot.❓How do I enter the facility❓

1️⃣ Visit goplayandparty.com and purchase a Membership or Visit Pack.
2️⃣ Download the Serenity App.
3️⃣ Log in using the same email and password you used when signing up.
4️⃣ When you're standing outside the facility, simply tap "Check In" in the app to unlock the door and enter!
