Congratulations to Brady Gaw on being named one of the nine finalists for the 2026 Dr. John Winkin Award! This award recognizes the top senior baseball player in Maine and honors not only athletic ability, but also leadership, character, and dedication to the game. Being selected as one of just nine finalists is an incredible achievement, and we are proud to celebrate Brady and all he has accomplished both on and off the field.

Please pack your blankets and chairs and plan to join us on Monday June 8th for the PCES Spring Concert! This event will feature performances from grades Pre K through 6. If the weather is agreeable, we will be outdoors behind the elementary school. If inclement, we will be in the gym at the high school. It all begins at 5pm with an Art Exhibition inside, followed by a cookout at 5:30pm and our concert at 6pm. Looking forward to seeing you all then!

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT!! Hannah Firth will be attending Husson University for Occupational Therapy. Her high school activities include Field Hockey (9, 10, 11, 12), Softball (9, 10, 11), Basketball (9), Pirate Volunteer Club (9, 10), and Yearbook (12). Her favorite memory of high school is freshman season of field hockey and she is most looking forward to helping people in her career. Congratulations, Hannah!

For those families that participate in our weekend backpack program, hunt around for your backpack and return it to the school Monday or Tuesday of next week and you will be automatically enrolled in the program next year. If you can't find the bag and want to remain in the program, email Mrs. Viera and let her know, and your child will receive a new bag next Fall. [email protected]
