Craft: Painted Pot
Supplies: Pot, paint, brush, ink pad, stamp, twine, scissors. Be creative and have fun! Use supplies you have on hand- substitute the stamp, and you could add fabric with Mod Podge.

📌City of Groveport Administrative Offices will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of the Memorial Day holiday

Reminder to pause this Memorial Day to remember, reflect, and honor the brave Americans who gave all in service to our country.
🎖️ Groveport’s Memorial Day Parade & Ceremony
📅 Monday, May 25, 2026.
📍 The procession begins at 1:15pm at Town Hall (648 Main St) and makes its way west down Main St, then south on College St to the Groveport Cemetery (551 Wirt Rd), where we’ll gather for a special ceremony around 1:30pm.
⭐ We’ll proudly introduce our Groveport Hometown Heroes Military Banners celebrating the service and sacrifice of our local heroes. They’ll later be displayed along Main St all summer.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Bring your family and be part of a day that means so much to our community.
🪖 Motts Military Museum will be taking part in the Memorial Procession to the cemetery ceremony. Their museum will be open on Memorial Day from 9a-5p. Free admission that day.
⚠️ Road Closures during the parade include:
✅ Front St from Elm to Main
✅ Main St from Front to College
✅ College from Main to Wirt/Rohr
✅ Wirt/Rohr to the west cemetery entrance driveway

If you give children pancakes they will want to eat them with friends. While they eat with friends they will want to listen to books about pancakes. You will read some books and they will want to make a pancake craft. After they make a craft they will want to exercise to burn off their pancake calories.
