Groveport Madison Schools welcomes Jennifer Hutton as the new principal of Middle School Central. Last week, Mr. Casey Martin gave Ms. Hutton a short tour to meet students and staff ahead of the 2026-27 school year. Ms. Hutton believes strong schools are built through relationships and creating environments where students feel supported and connected. Most recently, she served as a principal in Columbus City Schools, where she focused on building positive school culture and supporting student growth. Hutton has also worked with the Ohio Department of Education, supporting educators and school districts across the state. She holds degrees in elementary education, English, and educational administration. Welcome to Cruiser Nation!

Tradition at Groveport Madison High School has students pick the staff member who most impacted them to present their diploma. The tradition was reversed last night when Class of 2026 graduate Denise Goodridge was picked to stand onstage and honor a milestone for longtime substitute teacher, Dr. Brenda K. Brown. Dr. Brown recently earned her doctorate degree in philosophy and inspires all those around her with joy and a commitment to lifelong learning and community.
