🏈 Don’t forget to turn in your Flag Football registration forms TODAY!

We’re excited about the number of players we already have signed up, but we’d still LOVE to add a few more — especially some of our older kids, ages 10–16!

Flag football is open to boys and girls, ages 3–16, and we’re looking forward to a fun season for everyone. If you’ve been thinking about signing up, now’s the time! 🙌

📄 Forms are available at Town Hall, the Parks & Recreation Office, on our page, or by email request.

💲 Registration is $25 per player, and registration is complete once payment is received.

Help us spread the word, tag a friend, and encourage those middle and high school-aged kids to come join us! We want to see plenty of our 10–16-year-olds out there too! 🏈💪

A powerful story of courage and selflessness. ❤️🇺🇸

Welles Crowther, known as “The Man in the Red Bandana,” was a former college athlete who worked in the South Tower on 9/11. In the middle of unimaginable chaos, he chose to help others and became a hero through his actions that day.

His story is such an important reminder that ordinary people can do extraordinary things when it matters most.

Never forget. 🇺🇸

🍀 Walk & Talk hit one of our participants’ favorite routes today!

One of the things we love most about Walk & Talk is that everybody fits in. We’ve had participants from 3 months old all the way to our octogenarians — plus plenty of tortoises 🐢 and hares 🐇 and in between along the way!

Some walk a little, some walk a lot, some move fast, and some take their time. There’s no pressure and no “right” pace or distance. Just come move, visit, enjoy the fresh air, and be part of the group.

We’d love to have you join us for a little lucky 🍀 Walk & Talk! You never know — you might find your new favorite route too. 💚

What a summer! ☀️💦

Our very first season at the City of Grove Hill Pool is officially in the books, and we’re so thankful for all the memories made along the way. From sunny afternoons and splashing kids to pool parties, swim days, and everything in between, it was a great first summer. 🏊‍♀️💙

A special shoutout to our lifeguards, Mayor Wood, and the Grove Hill Maintenance Department for all the work behind the scenes to help keep things running, safe, clean, and ready for everyone to enjoy.

Thank you, Grove Hill & non-resident members, for making our first pool season such a special one. Here’s to an even bigger and better summer next year! 🌴☀️

RIP, Pool Pump. It pumped. It filtered. It chlorinated. On the final day of the season, it chose peace.🤦‍♀️💦

Unfortunately, that means the Grove Hill Municipal Pool will be closed today. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Thank you to everyone who swam, visited, rented the pool, and supported us throughout the season. We appreciate your helping make it a great summer! ☀️🏊‍♀️💙
