Tomorrow morning when you begin your day, pause in remembrance of the terrorist attack on the United States on September 11, 2001. Between 7:59 and 8:41 AM flight 11, flight 175, flight 77 and flight 93 were inbound with passengers to various destinations. At 8:46 flight 11 crashed into the North Tower, at 9:03 flight 175 crashed into the South Tower, at 9:37 flight 77 crashed into the Pentagon, and at 10:07 flight 93 crashed in rural Somerset County PA. 2,763 people at the towers, 189 at the Pentagon and 44 in Somerset lost their lives in this short period of time. Of those were 353 Firefighters and EMS providers, 23 New York City Police Officers, 37 Port Authority Police Officers, and 123 military & civilians at the Pentagon......men and women who ran into danger while doing their jobs. We must never forget this day. We must educate our young and old that no one is exempt from these eval acts.....no matter where they are.
