The Pitt County Middle School Athletic Association recently released its all-conference selections for the spring sports season, including baseball, softball, soccer and track and field.

As we wrap up another amazing school year, I want to thank all of our families for your support, encouragement, and partnership. Together, we have celebrated a year filled with growth, achievement, and unforgettable memories.

We are incredibly proud of our students and all they have accomplished. From outstanding work in the classroom to performances, competitions, and athletics, our students have truly shined. This year brought exciting milestones, including the restart of our BETA Club, our Battle of the Books team competing at the state level, and the return of GRW Softball—our first softball team in ten years!

These accomplishments reflect the hard work of our students, staff, and families, and we couldn't be prouder.

As summer begins, we encourage everyone to keep reading and enjoy quality time with family and friends. We wish you a safe, fun, and relaxing summer and look forward to seeing you again in the fall for the 2026-2027 school year!

GRW did a great job with the Kids Heart Challenge last month!

To celebrate this success, our American Heart Association reps dropped off a donation with all kinds of awesome equipment that our PE students will be able to enjoy next school year.

Mrs. Davis’s class stopped by the gym a few minutes ago to get a sneak peak of some of the new equipment!
