The Young Democrats of Spalding County are hosting a foreign policy roundtable discussion on Sunday, August 9th starting at 6 PM at 1216 Events (529 N Expy, Griffin, GA 30223).
We are honored to welcome Samuel Cross, Young Democrats of America Deputy Officer for International Affairs. Samuel is a Griffin native and has served with the Peace Corps. He will share U.S. foreign policy updates and answer your questions. City Commissioner & Democratic Party Post Seat Holder Zachery Fuller will moderate.
Foreign policy decisions made in Washington affect communities here in Spalding County - from trade agreements that impact our local economy to military engagements that send our children overseas. These conversations matter, and they should be accessible to all of us.
This event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be available. Bring a good attitude and your genuine concerns! ‼️
