We are thrilled to welcome Kallen Lacy as our new Chief of Police! A proud local, Kallen graduated from Heber Springs High School and furthered his education at ASU and Arkansas Tech, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Kallen's journey in leadership began with the National Guard in 2011, where he honed remarkable leadership skills. With 5 years of law enforcement experience, Kallen is known for his incredible work ethic and unwavering dedication to our community.

Committed to building strong connections, Kallen has made it his mission to engage in quality one-on-one conversations with as many citizens as possible. You might have already met him on his Sunday mornings visiting local churches.
