We hope you have all kept safe and well during this snowy weekend. 🙏🙏🙏

Our residential route will run on Its NORMAL day this week (starting February 2nd), but on a TWO HOUR DELAY on Monday to make sure all roads we are driving on are safe to do so. If it is safe in your driveway to do so, please have it ready on your normal day.

Due to the icy weather, we will be erring on the side of caution for our customers and employees, and our residential route will be on a ONE DAY DELAY the week of January 26th.

There will be NO SERVICE Monday. Monday’s route will run Tuesday, Tuesday’s route will run Wednesday, and so forth the rest of the week.

There will be no service provided Thursday, Christmas Day. We will run our Thursday residential route on FRIDAY, December 26th 😃

Monday and Tuesday routes will be on normal schedule the week of Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

Wednesday and Thursday routes will be one day behind the week of Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

TO THE RESIDENTS OF CHINQUAPIN :

We were unable to safely run the route Monday in your neighborhood, but oh my goodness at what can happen in a week!! Riding through there today, I was amazed at the level of cleanup and repair.

We are going to attempt to run your route tomorrow, FRIDAY, October 4th, and then will be back to our normal schedule next week.

I saw a lot of carts out, but share this info with your neighbors if you can.

TO EVERYONE: Please try not to set your roll cart too close to limb piles on pickup day if possible. It has been a bit of a problem for the trucks this week. We understand everyone is doing what they can.

The liquid mess that was made this past week should be much better next week. I learned that it was due to all the rain and liquid in the roll carts being dumped into the truck. Next week is looking better all the way around 🙏🙂
