A healthier gut can start with something as simple as your weekly grocery list.

According to UMMC experts, filling your plate with whole grains, fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts and other minimally processed foods can help support a healthy gut. Staying hydrated, getting enough sleep and managing stress can help, too.

Small choices can add up to better health. Learn more about gut health and healthy habits from UMMC: https://www.umc.edu/news/CONSULT/2026/March/CON02012026B.html
