Pioneer Electric offices will be closed Monday, Sept. 7, in observance of Labor Day. As always, crews will remain ready to respond should outages or emergencies occur.

As we enjoy the holiday, we also want to thank those whose work doesn’t stop for holidays — first responders, healthcare workers, utility crews and so many others who keep our communities safe and running every day.

Sometimes, despite all our best efforts, power outages happen. We make it easy to report outages through our texting system. Simply text "PEC" to 334-382-6636 and follow the prompts to enroll. Then, if you have an outage, you can just text "OUT" to the same number. This will alert our team and get help on the way!
